Cristián Vial is a partner at Vial Gallardo Abogados and heads the firm’s Corporate and Aviation practices. He has more than 25 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on corporate matters, financing transactions, foreign investment and cross-border operations.

His practice focuses particularly on aviation law, aircraft leasing and financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory. He has participated in sophisticated international transactions involving the aviation industry, representing leasing companies, financial institutions and airlines in Chile and Latin America.

He obtained his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an LL.M. in International Legal Business Systems from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom.
