Marcelo Gallardo is a partner at Vial Gallardo Abogados and has extensive experience in complex litigation, insurance matters, regulatory proceedings and corporate compliance.

He advises companies on legal and regulatory risk management, particularly in matters related to insurance, healthcare, administrative sanctioning proceedings and relations with public authorities. He also has broad experience in the design and implementation of compliance programs, crime prevention models and corporate governance policies.

He served as Legislative Advisor to the Senate of the Republic of Chile in healthcare law matters and, for more than a decade, has actively participated in the development of compliance programs for companies across various industries.
